Artificial Intelligence is changing the world of work, including of course the role you play within your organization. Although it may seem daunting, it is essential to understand that it is not something to be feared, but rather a super valuable tool to master. The novelty of AI can increase your productivity and efficiency in work-related tasks, but that requires an understanding of how to use it to its full potential. This means that, as a worker, you have great interest in adopting artificial intelligence as a tool to improve your skills and the quality of your work. By learning about the different AI tools and platforms available, you can leverage them to automate, among other things: repetitive tasks; improve communication; increase your productivity (ex: reply to emails in 5 seconds!).
To track progress, we ALL need to approach AI with an open mind and a willingness to learn how it can help us achieve our goals and excel in our daily work.
